Dear Colleagues, Dear Friends,
It is with great pleasure that we warmly welcome you to the 8th Croatian Congress of Emergency Medicine with International Participation and the 7th South-Eastern European Emergency and Disaster Medicine Congress (SEEDMC), held together as a single event in Opatija from May 6th to 9th, 2025, endorsed by EUSEM– the European Society for Emergency Medicine. This congress provides a unique opportunity to gather leading experts, exchange knowledge, and advance best clinical practices in emergency medicine, pre-hospital care, and disaster response.
The scientific program will cover a wide range of topics, including trauma and critical care, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, pediatric emergencies, disaster preparedness, mass casualty management, and innovations in emergency medical services. Dozens of invited speakers from Europe and beyond will deliver plenary lectures, interactive sessions, and panel discussions. In addition, pre-congress workshops and hands-on simulation trainings will allow participants to refine practical skills and explore the latest techniques, fostering collaboration and professional growth across the South-Eastern European region.
We encourage all participants to take full advantage of this unparalleled platform for networking, sharing experiences, and forging new collaborations that will contribute to the advancement of emergency medical services.
