General Conditions
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the congress organizer. The date on which the written notice is received will determine the applicable cancellation terms.
Participant Cancellations
Cancellations received on or before 5 February 2026- A full refund will be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations received between 6 February and 5 April 2026 - A 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations received on or after 6 April 2026 - No refunds will be issued. (This includes non-attendance for illness, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.)
Substitutions
Participant substitutions are allowed at no additional charge until 30 April 2026. After this date, substitutions may not be guaranteed and are subject to approval.
Contact Permission
By registering for the congress, I give my permission to Conventus Credo l.t.d. to contact me about the congress, as well as all other similar meetings related to the medical profession. You will be able to contact Conventus Credo and withdraw this permission at any time.
